11U Blue-Belts Co-ed (2011 & younger)

This is our introduction program and is ideal for athletes that are still developing their deepwater swimming skills or are just brand new to Water Polo.

Please find the different practice options below.

Athletes are welcome to join more than one practice group.

    13U Boys and Girls

    All athletes must be able to swim unassisted in deep water.

    Usually, being able to swim 2-4 laps in a row without stopping is sufficient to start Water Polo at this age.

      15U Boys (born in 2007-2009)

      This group trains 3x/week plus competitions locally and out of Province.

        15U Girls (born in 2007-2009)

        This group trains 3x/week plus competitions locally and out of Province.

          17U/19U Boys (born in 2003-2007)

          Athletes born in 2003-2007 (usually equates to kids in Grades 9 to 12).

          There are two streams to choose from for this category.

          • High School Boys Recreation
            • 2x/wk + local games
          • 17U/19U Boys Competitive
            • 5x/wk + local games + national-level competitions

            17U/19U Girls (born in 2003-2007)

            Athletes born in 2003-2007 (usually equates to kids in Grades 9 to 12).

            There are two streams to choose from for this category.

            • High School Girls Recreation
              • 2x/wk + local games
            • 17U/19U Girls Competitive
              • 5x/wk + local games + national-level competitions

              Adult Water Polo (18+)

              For athletes who are 18+ years old.

              All sessions are focused on scrimmaging and playing games. Opportunity to participate in local competitions 1-3x/season.

              This group trains 1-2x/week.
